Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
Surgeries
Our facility is capable and excels at offering all types of surgeries. We have an in house laser that we can use to make procedures smoother and reduce the healing time post op. We use the laser specifically on our laser declaw procedures. We also have the ability to do numerous special surgeries. We have two board certified surgeons that we can schedule with orthopedic or dental procedures. Our board certified orthopedic surgeon is available by appointment in advance. Boarding
Our luxurious boarding is just what your pet needs. We offer an array of kennels that will fit your pet just right. We offer 2x3 cages, 3x5 runs and 6x6 suites. Our suites are hand painted with different themes and have toddler beds in most of them. All of the boarding is inside. We control the temperature just right to keep them cozy at all times during the day. We have experienced kennel workers and even veterinary nurses that take care of your pets. We are capable of handling medications and special requests. Our cat boarding is upstairs in a quiet area of the clinic with windows for bird watching and sun bathing. Doggie Daycare
We also offer Doggie Daycare. We have a variety of established daycare pups to play with your pet. We are reasonably priced and your pet gets the extra love, play and attention they need while you are busy away. We post pictures and videos periodically on our social media pages and treasure the play time with your pets. Doggie Daycare is $30 a day and if you buy 4 full days you get the 5 day FREE. Emergency & Urgent Care
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 5 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.
If your emergency is beyond the scope of our practice we may refer you to Veterinary Specialty Services.
